Problem Solver.
I recently read, “Design is something that doesn’t come out of a need for prettiness, but out of the necessity to give form to your doing.” I couldn’t agree more.
Creative problem solving is a part of who I am. It is one of the foremost ways I navigate through both the design world and beyond. Being able to collaborate with interesting and talented people in the creation of design that structures and condenses information in a visually compelling way is incredibly satisfying work.
Although I do take my work as serious as it sounds, I also enjoy the simple fun my love of good design brings to my life—be it selecting a bottle of wine solely because of the alluring label or attempting to teach my five-year-old daughter the fundamentals of color theory.
